Who We Are

The Bermuda Corporate Income Tax Agency (CITA) is the official authority responsible for administering and enforcing corporate income tax in Bermuda. As part of Bermuda’s commitment to global tax transparency and regulatory compliance, CITA oversees the implementation of the corporate income tax framework and supports businesses in understanding and fulfilling their obligations in a fair, efficient, and transparent manner.
