Exchange of Information - Filing & Payment Deadlines

CITA now administers Bermuda’s Economic Substance (ES) regime and Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) frameworks. This ensures that all ES, Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and Country by Country Reporting (CbCR) filing obligations, statutory deadlines, and reporting requirements are overseen by the Agency.
